刺青Tatoo/Spider Lilies by Zero Chou

In an upcoming movie, Tattoo, Rainie Yang plays an "Internet escort and lesbian", which also stars Hong Kong’s rising singer-actress Isabella Leung as a tattoo master.

Yang portrays Xiao Lu, a girl with a difficult past who begins a complicated relationship with Leung. And by "complicated", I'm guessing they mean someone gets stabbed with a steak knife.

In a recent article posted on www.163.com, the Taiwanese star known for acting in teen dramas reveals that she is not the cutie type as many perceive her to be.

“This role came at the right time. I wanted to improve myself and wouldn’t have missed out on this opportunity. I’m giving my all for the movie,” enthuses the 22-year-old former member of the now-defunct pop group 4 in Love.

So serious is Yang in the job that she has met with real female escorts to research her role.

Nevertheless, Yang is determined to excel in the breakthrough role and is undaunted by fans’ objection. Though conceding that she may lose some fans as a result of her accepting the unpopular role, she is hopeful that she will win new ones after the unconventional Tattoo.

The movie has been selected for the year 2007 57th Berlin Film Festival's panorama section and has a chance to win the renowned homosexual teddy bear award.

After knowing this news, Rainie was so excited that she screamed with joy, never expecting to be able to go for such a pretisgious event. Basicially, the article talked about how Rainie wants to look her best for the night so she brought her prettiest costumes. Rainie and Isabella would also hold hands walking down the red carpet to promote their passionate love on-screen.

After watching the movie, Rainie comments that some of their rather-sizzling-hot kissing scenes were deleted.

She is currently in Berlin now attending the festival which will be held between February 8 and February 18. The scheduled release date of the movie is 30/03/2007 in HongKong and Taiwan.
